Each LE ROND is made entirely by hand in our Berlin studio using FSC-certified cardboard with long wood fibers and a high recycled content. Schnell aufgestellt – sofort angenommen
Schnell ausgepackt und aufgestellt, haben meine Maine-Coon-Katzen das Kratzmöbelstück sofort angenommen ohne Zusatz von Katzenminze o.ä. Es wird als Höhle und Schlafplatz genutzt oder als kleiner Aussichtsposten und innen sowie oben ausgiebig gekratzt. Im Vergleich zu anderen Marken zeigt die Wellpappe kaum Abnutzungserscheinungen, weshalb ich von einer langen Lebenszeit ausgehe. Ich bin begeistert. Auch gut geeignet für große Katzen.

Besser geht es nicht
Sieht schön aus, ist robust, wird von meinen zwei Katzen besonders gerne zum Kratzen verwendet. Außerdem legen sie sich gerne rein und beobachten.

Ein "Allround"-Talent
Vorab ein Hinweis: Suchtgefahr! Sobald man das erste Cat-On Möbelstück in der Wohnung stehen hat, will man auf einmal die ganze Bude damit zu stellen. Ich habe den Anfang mit dem "Le Rond" gemacht und bin begeistert, genau wie meine Kater. Das Möbelstück dient perfekt zum Krallen schärfen, als Rückzugsort oder Spiel"ecke". Was mich so glücklich macht, ist die Pappe, denn diese ist absolut stabil und wirkt sehr robust. Zuvor hatte ich ein Kratz-Mobiliar, bei dem ich fast jeden Tag drum herum saugen musste, da bei jeder Benutzung die (Papp-)Fetzen flogen. Das ist hier absolut nicht der Fall! Alles bleibt, wo es ist. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und Melchior & Balthasar sind es auch. Eine kleine Anmerkung habe ich in der Hinsicht, dass ich mir die farbigen Enden/Flächen mit mehr Struktur vorgestellt habe und dementsprechend überrascht war, als ich bemerkte, dass diese nur glatte und bedruckte (aber auch sehr stabile) Pappflächen sind. Das ist aber nicht weiter dramatisch und tut der schönen Optik keinen sonderlichen Abbruch. Möglicherweise würde sich eine Veränderung auch in einem höheren Preis widerspiegeln. Alles in Allem ist der "Le Rond Design Kratzbaum" eine runde Sache!
